2. Products & Pricing

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Afghan Afghani (AFN) and may change without prior notice. We strive to ensure accuracy of product information, but errors may occasionally occur.

• All products are 100% genuine and sourced from authorized distributors
• Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from actual products
• We reserve the right to limit quantities on any product

3. Ordering & Payment

Orders can be placed through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp. Payment is accepted in cash upon delivery or at our store. We do not currently offer online payment processing. All orders are subject to confirmation and product availability.

4. Delivery

We offer same-day delivery within Kabul city for orders placed before 2:00 PM. Delivery outside Kabul may take 2–5 business days depending on the destination.

• Delivery charges may apply based on location and order value
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery
• A valid phone number is required for all deliveries

5. Warranty & Returns

All products come with the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims are handled through our store. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Defective products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase
• Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized modifications
• Accessories are non-refundable once opened

7. Limitation of Liability
