A team of nine specialists is rewriting what aftersales support looks like in Afghanistan.
The Khpalwak Help team handles more than 1,200 customer tickets a week — every WhatsApp message, every phone call, every walk-in. It's also one of the largest all-women technical teams in Afghan retail.
Lead specialist Setayesh Naderi says the team's edge is empathy: "Every customer is talking to us because something didn't work. The technical part is straightforward. The human part is where most companies fail." It's a philosophy that's helped Khpalwak post a 96% first-contact resolution rate.
