Every appointment is free. Bring your old phone and your new one and our team will handle the eSIM transfer, contacts and photos migration, Apple/Samsung account setup, and a 20-minute personal tutorial on whichever features matter most to you.

Walk-ins are welcome but appointments can be reserved through the Khpalwak website to skip the line — especially useful on weekends and during launch weeks.
