KhpalwakCare goes on sale this month at every branch and on our website — a two-year extended protection plan covering accidental damage, battery wear, and priority service.
The plan is offered in two tiers. KhpalwakCare Standard covers manufacturer defects and battery degradation for 24 months. KhpalwakCare Plus adds two accidental-damage incidents per year and bundles free in-Kabul pickup and return for any covered repair, plus loaner devices for repairs taking longer than 24 hours.
Plans can be purchased at the time of device sale or within 60 days of purchase via the Khpalwak website.
