Inside the new Shahr-e-Naw store — designed by local architects, built for the way Afghans shop for tech.
Last weekend Khpalwak Mobiles opened its third Kabul branch in the heart of Shahr-e-Naw, designed in partnership with the Kabul-based architecture studio Karwan Design.
The 280 m² space is built around an open hands-on demo wall featuring every device we sell, a dedicated Khpalwak Help desk modelled after the world's best service-counter experiences, and a small coffee bar where customers can wait while devices are set up or repaired.
Opening day
More than 400 customers visited on opening day, and the first 100 received a complimentary KhpalwakCare Standard plan with any device purchase. The new branch is open every day from 8 AM to 8 PM.
