From the typography on the website to the way the in-store demo wall is laid out, every Khpalwak surface follows a single shared design system — built and maintained by an in-house team of three.

The system covers colour, typography, spacing, motion, iconography, and a growing library of cross-platform components. Updates are versioned, documented, and tested across web, iOS, and retail before they ship.
