Twenty kilometres outside Mazar, a 1,400 m² warehouse keeps the entire Khpalwak supply chain moving. Every device sold across northern Afghanistan ships out of this building — usually within ninety minutes of the order landing in the system.
The team of fourteen runs three shifts, with a fleet of motorbikes for last-mile and a partnership with two regional couriers for cross-province delivery. Same-day inside Mazar is standard; next-day across most of the north.
